I am guessing last minute jockeying around the placement at 40c CAD on the 16th. Probably some 2bit wannabe hedge fund and/or market maker scalping a few pennies playing games pushing the bid/offer around. F--k em' and  Don't be shaken out. This is only going one way...UP short and medium term.
