The CuMo Project is situated in south-central Idaho, approximately 15 miles northeast of the town of Idaho City. It consists of 105 unpatented mineral claims. The Company intends to acquire a 100% interest in approximately 116 mining concessions making up the Bleiberg Property, located in Austria.

eggs, chickens, it makes no difference ahahah. but there is a part where they say that it is the only way they can get US funding is by making a new corporate name, so that they can push more financing=more dilution. i'm not going to go looking for it again, but you should be able to find it after that.
