But they can't find it if they don't drill and they can't drill if the don't have the money. On a positive note, the stock price jump on the whif of some sort of deal should give some sense of security to the potential financers. Personally, I would rather see a $500K deal to get the ball rolling and then do a placement at much higher prices.
