RE:RE:RE:Hammer Down Richard , I think it is the average of so many days before the offer . Maybe 30 ? At any rate if an offer was made now we would be in deep do-do . I don`t think the other insiders would stand for an offer of 7 cents . There is also the likelyhood the a counter offer would come in from a miner with some money and lawyers that could straighten out this bizzard share situation in Europe . I`m almost certain most of those shares are held in some kind of trust along with their votes . But it`s doable .
When we move to the BCSC I think we will see things happen very quickly .
Keep in mind that the last few years any M+A`s in mining have been at a pretty small premium . But the shareprice of MMY is just plain silly .
