RE:RE:RE:Revenue of $1 M for the 1st QVern it kind of does. What about this??? I will need to talk to Domique as to what is going on. December 3rd there was up to $200 million contract and it was more so for the Afghan crisis from what I am gathering. So when people say no contracts they are absolutely distorting the truth as alwasy. I will remind people about that contract in its entirety after my comments.
As far as 1 million and a bit that is for this first quarter so is it safe to say the other contract is done or still extending out??? The point is people keep distorting the truth if not outright lying to put it bluntly. We had this discussion for too long. The big contracts typically came in August September and they lasted for a quarter prior so what no contract??? That's laughable. The sizess were in the 100's of millions the problem was that the historic gross has been very low!
Now we see a gross of 49 percent and people are focusing on only 1 million revenue BUT prior to that they are focusing on the low PROFIT margin. This company is way past due for what it has earned and it is only really a matter of time it is paid what it has rightly earned and deserves!!! PERIOD nothing will stop that. The company is establishing it can get things done very effective is reliable.
Now we also are waiting on the ballistic combat shirts clearly delayed but those have to be awarded I don't see it not especially when gear is always required. If it is due to design changes to make gear more protective lightweight etc then people will have to do all that testing conducted etc.
In any case, when people say no contracts that is laughable. So yeah it does matter what I think and that is the shares are and have been manipulated down but the base is being built and will get stronger just as the balance sheet even if long term deficit. I talk to people and we value things quite differently. I value on the basis of the balance sheet becoming stronger not whether profit or not as there is a long ways to go which is largely caused by unfair practices. This gets the huge contracts and 49 percent gross profits the deficit will be wiped out fairly fast. maybe within two years. The key is and always has been the gross and the high yielding contracts which guaranteed there will be another huge one some times this year--there was at the end of last one when people keep doubitng. When the two things finally match high contract high gross people will be running around. I see these things coming together this year at some point.
Here is Decemeber 3rd. What no contracts? Totally LAUGHABLE as people keep saying this!!! Sorry i just can't help it out of cynicism.

IDIQ Contracts
In U.S. Federal government contracting, an IDIQ is a type of contract that provides for an indefinite quantity of supplies or services during a fixed period of time. IDIQ's are also sometimes called "Task Orders" or "Delivery Order Contracts."
Gross Margins, Anticipated Revenue and Accounting Treatment
Pursuant to U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), revenues generated through the COTS Contract, as applicable, will not be finalized until the transaction relative to each purchase order has been completed. Consequently, revenues may be reported on a gross or net basis and some portion(s) may be deferred to future accounting periods. The gross margin on revenues generated pursuant to the COTS Contract is not expected to differ materially from the Company's historical gross margins relative to its government contracting operations.
Due to the nature of IDIQ contracts generally, the Company is unable to estimate with any degree of certainty, the frequency, volume or value of purchase orders (also referred to as delivery orders) it may or may not receive in relation to the COTS Contract during the initial 1-year term or any extension thereof.
