During the yearended August31, 2019,the Company received 40,000 ATOM with a fair value of $253,527 from directorsof the Company. The Company transferred 3,656Dash with a fair value of $702,305into the portfolio and exchanged these for 120,394ATOM, of which 40,000was returned to the directors. The fair value of the ATOM returned to directors was $248,471 and the Company recognized a gain on the settlement of the debt of $5,056.
