Yup the oil cut agreed to by the Russians and OPEC was 2 million barrels a day short and the glut with rock bottom prices continues. Looks like we are done for this year demand won't catch up to ...more

Government going to inject huge fund for oil industries in Canada. Announcement due within days. Maybe this might help to kick start this industries again ?
