There is a method of making windows look like a barrier to birds. Could not window marker idea be placed on turbine blades. The whole blade and not just taped sections. The dots would be spaced 5cm from one another.
The only thing is a darker blade and the sun, may produce heat and affect the blades as the years pass. But the dots can be as small as 6mm (1/4 inch) diameter.
