They need a leader who doesn't imho come across as just a salesman with wildly unrealistic forward looking predictions. This may sound like an insult but it isn't. Imho that type of salesman would do extremely well selling cars or RV's or something else on a sales lot. He is in the wrong type of business in relation to his sales tactics IMHO. Get someone in charge who focuses on the reality of now and not so much on future predictions that never materialize. Maybe he can pivot to bitcoin or crypto for the next bull run on those. Timing is key.
