RE:RE:RE:RE:sent an email to IRIronically, I can now confirm that she was piled up with orders. She actually emailed me yesterday apologizing for not getting my package out same day like usual, and said there was some issue with them going through customs.
I didn't even notice the email until just now, when I said no problem. She instantly responded back that the issue is resolved the package has been released for delivery. I like hearing the operations manager fulfilling orders.
