I caught him pimping Crystallex in March of 2009 while IKN was trashing the company at exactly the same time. I pointed out to him that it was totally illegal to pump and dump the same stock on the same day. He threatened to sue me if I wrote anything about it. Now he claims I have no proof but anyone can google Mark Truner and Crystallex and read his pumps. And if he really needs proof he could always look at his own in box.
