Poor Headling…

Poor Headling…I'm a little concerned at the misleading way the company releases some information. When I look back on what they say and I somewhat understand, but it's a little scammy in my opinion.

When a company headlines "Doubles Fourth Quarter Dividend" it usually means in relation to the last payout, it seems they are referring to a base 1 cent dividend. When I first entered the company months ago it was a true statement as they went from 1 to 2 cents, and last dividend I thought it was a mistake in wording, but now they are trending with this terminology.

Also using this new company terminology, it now makes some sense they mentioned increasing the payout because they seem to be referring to this base 1 cent which they are easily clearing, but in knowing this it now mutes the upside excitement.

It seems like if they were operating off a 1 cent base, they should call the other penny a "supplemental" or "special" like others do. If I had enough care or opportunity I would bring this up to them as I do feel it mis-guides people. I wonder if this led to the price swing today, someone thought on the headline it was gonna be 4 cents and when they read beyond the headline later they seen it was only 2 cents.

Either way, in a couple weeks when they announce the receipt of royalty we should see a decent number relation to the last couple, hopefully it clears the 100% of payout...
