RE:Copper asset From what I read before is that the created mill would be mutually shared (somehow) between a few claims/projects in the area, they would also share access of an updated rail line and a likely newly created 'spur' closer to the projects which I would assume would be close to where the mill would be located along with power and road access.
Road access (at this point) is from the south east side of the property, the current road is basically a logging road and the access path from the road to the property is similar to a farmers path onto the property that crosses 2 or 3 adjacent properties. Road access will need to be upgraded at some point. I would assume from topography and accesses needed, the mill and staging activities would likely be to the south east not far from off from our property as there is a quality flatter area and there is a vally flattening I assume an ancient river area or run off area that runs to the current river where the current rail line is.
The property is pretty much covered with trees on the side of a hill with a small clearing area on the south east corner, there is a few small pockets of cleared trees, I'm assuming this is because they cleared an few areas for drill testing. What I seen is from Google maps, I don't know how old the image of the property I seen was but seemed fairly recent within a couple years if not, very current. I had to combined the use a few maps of topography, claim lines and others provided in old circulars of a couple companies pinpoint the area, but once I had landmark references and looking at the features it was rather easy to pick out our property on the satellite image and scroll around the area to get an idea of what was going on in that valley. Our property area looks in rather good shape for a project compared to some of the others especially to the North that would have access and grading difficulties.
I don't know what all this would entail, it's just what I've read from document before, I don't remember if it was a NWX released document or from a company that was adjacent.
