The concept seems ok but it is too early stage

The concept seems ok but it is too early stageThe intention is to have1,000 low rise apartments by Christmas.
Mostly the properties are in New Brunswick
They are targetting the over 60 crowd.  They say "over 55" but
the majority of prospects are over 60.
There seems to be a 10% rent gap.
Scale is puny but rapid growth is intended.
2,000 suites in 3 years maybe?
There is no research on it.
SEDAR.com is the place to get all basic information

It seems to be trading at a premium to NAV

Nearly all warrants and options are exercisable at
prices higher than 19 cents so dilution from that
aspect will be modest or not at all.

It is not a target for a takeover because it is too small.

Still, it is interesting
