Thanks for that information. For present share count I was using the info page on BNN Bloomberg, I won't do that again. For the past years I was using the company doscuments on SEDAR.

There are currently 19 984 109 shares outstanding ...  1 750 495 are Class A and the remainder are Class B.  That is a significant drop from over 35 million from a few years back.  ...more

I still hold a few shares.  I've had an offer out forever but I don't see a huge reason to buy here or sell here.  Its a nice company but not much goes on.
