That is not quite right. Once the 4-month period is reached, warrants can be exercised ANYTIME at the discretion of the holder. The 10-days thing is part of an "accelleration clause" meaning, after the 4 months is up, IF the price rises to .25 for 10 days then the expiration date can be set at 30 days from the date of notice, essentially forcing holders to exercise their warrants or they will expire in 30 days.
