Perhaps this was ‘pump & dump’ scheme but it did align with some indicators like Bollinger bends (it went outside on healthy volume so it needed to correct). I also think that there had to be a reason behind closed door to start this ‘grass fire’. AND what if SLB got preliminary lab results – not finalized yet from pilot project & they are better than expected; so now they want to keep PE all for themselves? Plus; how about those ‘key permits’…..all this adds up IMHO to more than just a ‘grass fire’.
