Price decay again...I suppose a fairly predictable price decline again. It seems to be a pattern for PHA to have a one day pop followed by multi-month decline (see the stock behaviour in late December, late February, and early April, following quarterly announcements and acquisition).
Lets see if we can break out of this pattern and at least establish a base!
