I also agree that sellers used the earnings release as a liquidity event to dump their shares.  Nobody likes to own micro caps when they've seen their position literally drop by 50% or more. Also, the forward guidance that nurses are taking a step back from a difficult working environment that could impact forward revenues. Covid was certainly a tailwind for the business but demand for their services will continue in a post covid recovery. The PSweb is what differentiates them from the competition which are still using pencil and paper in some cases.  This also explains why they're able to buy local businesses for cheap multiples that want to exit or retire from the industry. The market is fragmented and there are opportunities to significantly grow by acquisition. 

Fwiw, I picked up $5k this morning and I feel good about my chances over the long run.
