Burry It says "convertible equity' that is not the same as a convertible debenture which you might be thinking of!

Burry I am not sure what you see that is very good!  It has taken 6 months to come up with next to nothing in the way of financing.  In fact, one could argue it is now over a year given the prior financing was also way under subscribed. It seems you do not understand what converible equity financing is so how can you say negotiating one is good!  The company has been negotiating a ...more
