The Company has interests in 27 sections (24.25 net sections) of Sawn Lake Alberta Crown oil sands leases within the Alberta Peace River Oil Sands area. In the Sawn Lake Central area, it operates with a 75% working interest in two oil sands leases with 11 gross sections (8.25 net sections). In the Sawn Lake South area, it operates with a 100% working interest in three oil sands leases with 16 gross sections (16 net sections).

June 6th News Release:

Excerpt: "A holder of a common share of Pan Orient will receive, for each such common share, cash consideration of USD $0.788 and one common share of CanAsia. The cash consideration is approximately CAD $0.991 at the current exchange rate".

Todays U.S. dollar / CDN dollar exchange rate is $788.00 U.S. = $1,020.89 CDN, POE Thai assets are now worth almost $1.03 today.
