The PAM Property consists of seven mineral claims covering 2,403 hectares located 25 km northeast of the Huckleberry Cu-Mo Mine, British Columbia. The Eagle Mountain Lithium prospect is located in Inyo County, California, within 15 km of the Nevada border.

On October 31, 2022, the Company and Pacific Imperial Mines Inc. agreed to terminate the October 18, 2020 option agreement on TREK 31;
