What people forget is that this is a huge land package and the whole thing was never going to be all gold. You have to find it, and usually that is the hard part.
Look at AZM, they're 3 km away and just hit again, (they've missed before too, like QCX) but when they hit Patewon they blew up. They've come down since but are still worth 123M, and I remember when they were small like QCX. I held them at the same time as ICG (which eventually sold to ELD).

With Walbridge neighbouring the other property and GG's proximity to AZM I can't help but wonder if we're being sold too cheap. Anyway, I'll average down and hopefully 2022, or even 2023 are more prosperous.
