RE:RE:RE:HME article NIV under attack...Unfortunately, I did buy an ozone cleaner. Problem is, I don't know whether the thing broke before or after I got my Philips machine. I probably only used it for cleaning a couple of times if I did, so not too worried.
And still no callback from my phantom Dr. and I'm not just waiting on this issue either. Pissed. I'm wondering who in Ontario has had their dr. restore actual office appointments?

These apparently can cause degradation of the foam. I looked thoroughly through mine and could see no indications of foam contamination or for that matter degradation. In the past, I've seen what would best be described as grey / black dust when foam starts to fail. I've seen none of that in my machine. But then again, I clean mine the old fashioned way.
