Notice of change of division plan
OncoQuest Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. decided to partially change the spin-off plan approved at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on July 23, 2021 as follows at the board of directors held on July 27, 2021. This change of the spin-off plan is to change the ‘[Attachment 2] List of assets subject to succession [Assets and liabilities to be divided into the newly established company 2]’ in the spin-off plan approved through the existing extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to ‘7. Other important matters in the division plan (1) In accordance with the provisions on the amendment and change of the division plan, the change is made to the resolution of the Board of Directors of OncoQuest Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd.
