Definition of facility: a place or piece of equipment provided for a particular purpose.
So Questor has an unused industrial warehouse worth a million dollar?
And unused equipment, mostly incinerators targeted for the rental business, worth 5 million dollars sleeping outdoors or in a warehouse?
