Any word if the production plant is still going ahead???

Any word if the production plant is still going ahead???What is the status of the plant if the EU declares that lithium is a hazardous material? Albermarle is saying that it is risking having to shut its plant if this goes through and lithium is declared a hazardous material. What is RockTech's plans for their plant?
Even if this happens , is it still feasible for RockTech to still import the lithium as it will now have stricter contols in terms of packaging, importing and storage?
If this happens, which I hope it doesn't in my humble opinion, could the future plans for the plant in Germany be in doubt/ jeopardy?
Any ideas or other information out there that as an investor we should know about?
Just wondering.......
