Hmmm ... could've sworn he said it would take about a year.  Mr. D. implied relatively stable Q1 & Q2 financials, with real growth to occur in Q3 & Q4.  Also mentioned needing a higher SP to permit uplisting.  So those two items agree with what I thought I had hear.  I'll go back and listen again.
