$5... do you believe in the tooth fairy too? Maybe stick your RET shares under the pillow along with a tooth and expect $5 per share?
RET may not buy back shares or do a dividend or anything of that nature until they strengthen the balance sheet to a point they feel comfortable. If such is the case, who knows what that point is? They historically maintained a balance sheet that was immensely stronger than today's, which would lend credence to the possibility that they will want a stronger balance sheet than todays.
