Richmond Minerals Inc. is a mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in exploration projects located across the provinces of Quebec and Ontario. It is focused on the exploration of the Canadian Ridley Lake Gold Project located in the heart of central Ontario's Swayze Greenstone Belt, and development of a polymetallic project near the town of Oberzeiring in the province of Styria in Austria, Europe. The Canadian Ridley Lake Gold Project is located approximately 40 kilometers (km) southwest of the town of Foleyet and 120 km west-southwest of the city of Timmins. Its Oberzeiring Polymetallic Project comprises an area of approximately 35 square kilometers and is situated between approximately 850 and 1,250 meters above sea level. The Company also owns about 364 exploration licenses in the Schellgaden and Kreuzeck-Goldeck areas located in Carinthia and Salzburg regions of Austria, and 192 base metal exploration licenses in the Tyrol, Leogang and Seekar areas of Austria.
