RE:Weak Hands The wait time on this Arbitration is almost comical (19 months and counting). The Arbitrator had 5 months to examine the evidence from the time the Hearing was announced. Now we are plowing through the second week after the hearing. It is a bit ridculous.
A simple case in my mind. Did Shiseido or Replicel breach the contract ? I think it is fairly evident that Shiseido breached the main element of this contract.
Yes, unfortunately there are far too many cheap shares out there. The momentum we were building at the end of last week is lost. The" johnny come lately" shareholders are getting restless.
