Mostly likely due to Finland wanting to join NATO and now fastracking their application, which will likely be approved with our without a referendum.
They will be on the forefront of Russia's ballistic and hypersonic missiles. Who would want to invest here when the country's infrastructure can get smashed to bits in a matter of minutes? Placing NATO offensive weapons would spell the end of Finland.
I totally understand the need for defensive weapons, but neutrality worked for decades. Now that's all being thrown out the window.
