Atlas Salt Inc. is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, evaluation, exploration and production of mineral properties in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Company owns 100% of the Great Atlantic salt deposit strategically located in western Newfoundland in the middle of the robust eastern North America road salt market. The project features a large homogeneous high-grade resource located next to a deep-water port. RE:DonwaanMy advive is to ignore the board fool. It is my opinion that the two accounts are the same mental midget. 

We will still have winter in 100 years and we will still need salt for public safety. that knob thinks cow farts are going to eliminate winters, what a doofus.

Anyway we will be past $6 before the agm the end of august.

In a bidding war I can see $76++ pps.  The value of the salt is between 80-160 billion dollars and will be the lowest cost production mine. Whoever owns this will control the industry. If I were an established company I would be losing sleep over Atlas. 

Industry standard in a mineral buyout is 15% of the value of the mineral in the ground.  At $76 pps that is about 5 to 8%  that would be a steal 

I also believe a buyout will have both a cash and a stock component in the new company.
