Spruce Ridge Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. It is focused on critical metal resources with nickel projects in Oregon, United States and copper projects in Newfoundland, Canada. The Cleopatra Property consists of over 139 lode mining claims covering a total area of 1,162 hectares (ha). The Red Flat Nickel Property consists of 84 lode mining claims covering an area of over 815 ha. It also has various mining claims at Eight Dollar Mountain, located in southwest Oregon.
