RE:RE:RE:gold dropping fastYou do have another gap at .50 - .51 where the midpoint of the bollinger band happens to be
so there is a real chance it could fill that. There is also another gap in the low .20s which
would surprise me if that was to be filled anytime soon. The .50 cent gap however has a
good chance of getting filled. The entire group in Newfoundland has gone up primarily on
New Found results as well as Sokoman and an awful lot of marketing and exuberance.
The region is definitely interesting but people need to be careful because some of these
companies K9, Labrador have gone up not on their own merit but just hype and pure
hope for the future. I would have to say this entire region now is way overpriced because
on a valuation basis there are a lot better bargains out there right now. I think at these
prices one is paying heavily on future good results. We very well may say a breather
here.
