Blawn Mountain Project comprises approximately 23.5 sections of land owned by the State of Utah, acting by and through the School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA), and covers approximately 15,404 acres (6,233 hectares) of land located in Beaver County, Utah.

Has the JV agreement been signed on on April 1st, or has it been extended? Did SOP receive $75,000 to extend it further? What is the timeline for the production build to start? The JV company is paying for exclusive rights all this time. You would think they would want to get things rolling. Delays cost money! So many questions. There should be some anouncment for the shareholders. I realize a new production company takes time to start, but to leave everyone in the dark is not the way to go!! I hope someone from SOP management reads this! Time is and money is wasting!
