IMHO you are wrong. 

a. Insiders bought a ton of shares. Please look at the insider reports. What are you saying.  Have they bought in the six months no. In the last 12-18 months yes. And a lot. 


b. They don't pay themselves lIke crazy. It's all public. Have a look. 


c. Getting options is par for the course. I want employees incentivized. 


d. This is just tax loss selling and my guess gambit original investors free trading stock. 


e. All stocks are down.
