RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Maggs...SPN's Positive EBITDA and Cash PositionI love everything about the company as a business except the way they communicate. The % of insider ownership is fantastic as they are aligned with shareholders. But when you look around the Venture there are many companies with much, much higher valuations and are losing millions every quarter or just simply have no business to speak of. How do you explain Snipp and the stock owners who continue non stop selling even after tax loss selling is over?
There are other things in play and I obviously do not know what they are. Would the insiders and shareholders be happy taking massive losses to do a reverse stock split and be happy about that? Has anybody even bothered to ask them? And why would that stop the selling? Seems to me the company has no idea who is selling their stock and strangely they don't seem even the slight bit interested in finding out. Why? Too many unknowns and the lack of answers on so many of those questions leaves a lot to be desired.
Anyone and all shareholders involved in this company continues to get hurt on a never ending basis. That responsibility lies with the CEO. Why would reversing the stock stop that? If you ask me, it will only accelerate the selling as it will give them more room to do just that. If the insiders have so much invested in the company then why are they not stepping up and getting answers to those many questions and protecting their own investments. Strange times indeed but when you show apathy toward your own shareholders and your own interests it raises questions about too many things to list. Which creates this negative feedback loop of unknowns and who wants to deal with that with any public company. Anyway you look at it, it's not appealing. But surely a reverse stock split will solve that problem right? Same company, same sellers, same CEO, same apathy, different stock price.
Is that the winning formula you are talking about? Go for it...I will be right here to say...I told you so!
