Amended offer... better CVRs

Amended offer... better CVRsWell it looks better and now has Jaguar's support and one of theirs on the board.  So I think it is almost certain that it will go through and probably should.

Correct me if I am wrong but it says the initial cash payment is now estimated at 19 cents a share.  So despite never expecting to pay this much I bought a chunk more at 19 cents today, expecting to get that back by end of August or so and keep the CVRs as profit, which might be tradable.   Huge bids at 18 to 18.5 cents so I think the big money knows it will happen.

If the deal doesnt go through, I expect an initial drop, but we know the cash is there and long term has value.

Thanks to Jaguar Financial for standing up and getting a better deal for all of us.

Good luck
