I wrote Kristina last week hoping to see the share holder list and was told that I would need a sworn affidavit to veiw the list. I inquired as to why and was told that I am not a registered shareholder, only a beneficial shareholder, as I hold my shares in a brokerage account. If you are registered you should be able to attend if you got the proxy package and control #. I have shares in my TFSA and also 2 RRSP accounts so I am not certain if I will even be able to attend the online meeting.
When I input my control #'s, I put myself a representative rather than Kristina/Arkady but I just changed 2 of them back to Kristina/Arkady as I am worried that if I put a proxy that cannot attend (myself), I may invalidate my vote (against all accept the bwlaw change). The 3 control is with TSX directly and I will need to call them tomorrow to see what I need to do to change it.
To any readers, are you registered in name or hold in your brokerage? Do you leave Kristina/Arkady as your proxy and vote no or nominate yourself and vote no. How here has attended previous AGM are are you registered in name?
