RE:RE:RE:make it happenIn my view it's BudFoxx2020 who doesn't get it.
We're halfway through a pivotal phase 2 trial for an efficacious cancer treatment (not a cure). It'll take 2 to 3 years to finish it up. It's possible we get early approval, but if we don't there's a maximum of 3 years before the endgame. It'll be either smashing success or bankruptcy for Theralase.
If this trial fails, then yeah, we've all been chasing a pipe dream and BudFoxx2020 can enjoy another good laugh at our expense. But if it succeeds we'll all be rewarded handsomely.
My understanding is that it usually takes around 10 years for a cancer drug to make it to market and Theralase has had it's share of bad luck along the way. There has been a long delay because of the pandemic, the OSC sanctions and the constant pressure to raise enogh money to keep going while minimizing dilution.
Big pharma does not seem to have much interest in investing in photodynamic therapy and so far Theralase has had to go it alone. Over the years most of the problems associated with photodynamic therapy have been ironed out and if this trial proves to be a success it could open a lot of minds, and doors - and purse strings.
