I am not sure if there is anything that can explain zero heat recovery projects not sold approaching a year. Or I should say in the business environment. The explanation is that the sales team has made no such sales. Why not? Who knows. If there is a good reason why all of their corporate accounts put a spending freeze on capital spending (which they did not) then you could point to not having established a sufficient client base. I thin that all roads will lead to sales and marketing, or engineers if there are none left to support the sales team. But if engineers are still very much leading sales, then the problem remains confirmed simply because sales growth over the last decade is poor. Bring back TA. He would fire this thing up or walk away if he couldn't make a go of it. He didnt strike me as a fella that would putter around for a decade or more.
