How clear to the articles have to be. The DOD is going with Lynas and Texas Rare Earth Minerals. Ucore has not been selected for anything. They are in the running, but don't have anywhere near the background that those companies do.
Ucore will only succeed when MRT is locked up. Take the money and run, this will drift down for every reason other than speculation or announcement of a contract. Sell the pops, buy slow on dips.
