So they now ran out of money for demo plant?

and we have to wait another a quarter or two?   So it's delayed?   Lol.   James carville has nothing on you. Spin spin spin some more.  How many times can dragon or ucore pivot and make excuse after excuse
this is a trainwreck
and they are using shareholders money for the science experiment 
great investment.  $75 my tookis.  No f in way. No $7.5 either.  This could go the way of the dodo bird a lot easier.  Seriously, should be ashamed of yourself.
