If

IfUcore is so confident in RSX why the demonstration plant? Why not just set up shop in LA. and start production. A lot of time and money has been spent on the CDP that could have gone directly into production of the first in NA SMC. Are they truly confident in the process? Was the CDP a requirement for funding by multiple OEM's?

Getting OEM's to pony up only give them a piece of our pie. Why not go it alone and have 100% ownership of the technology and production output? Maybe on paper this RSX looks good, however in reality is Ucore trying to actually convince themselves their capex & opex are in fact true? 3X standard solvent extraction? we will see.
