it may be 3x faster, not 3x lower capex. Big difference
capex hopefully around 50% of SX and opex hopefully marginally cheaper ( 10% at best)
I say may because that's what the testing is for
if they come close to those numbers , it looks like it could be a good deal for OEMs
if not, just another SX plant and I am really not too interested
