RE:PRDo remember this is still the same company that has a huge MOSP deal, was spinning of 60 companies for each LIGAND, had the SMC in KY on way (using some of the FEDS 720 million grant to KY) and was bidding on massive Fed funding ( with MATERION Consortium) and struck out with ZERO funding (MP, LYNAS and REEMF cleaned up)
