Volt Lithium Corp. is a Canada-based lithium development and technology company. The Company focuses on being a commercial producer of lithium hydroxide and lithium carbonates from oilfield brine. It focuses on leveraging its direct lithium extraction (DLE) technology to extract lithium deposits from established wells, supporting the clean energy transition. The Rainbow Lake Property is in northwest Alberta and is defined by 20 contiguous Alberta Metallic and Industrial Mineral Permits (173,990 hectares) of which the Company has 100% mineral interest ownership. It holds a non-core portfolio of copper assets, providing the Company with additional diversification across the battery metals landscape. Its copper assets include Silver King Property and Stateline Property.
