Not oversold at all if you run the math. It was about a 13% equity dilution and if the warrants get exercised we are closer to 20%.

Another brutal equity issue; at least the share price is a little higher than the last equity issue they did but once again super dilutive. Debt is dirt cheap yet these guys keep diluting shareholders

You get the warrants and 8% but if the share price doesnt trade above $7.50 over the next 12 months the warrants are essentially worthless so they are a way for the debt holders to get some
