I found this website, but it does not really make a distinction between 99% MgO and 99% Mg(OH)2.

Does anyone know where the NPV (10%) numbers, currently on the corporate presentation are coming from?

Not quite sure why they are using 10%... seems pretty high for a simple projet in Canada?
